Service Centric is the idea that any customer should be able to carry out a simple service to clean, replace lamp/s and glue board quickly and easily. To enable this all our units come with a removable power cable for safe isolation of the electrical supply. All models are designed for tool free maintenance and therefore no loose fixing that could fall into open food being prepared. All models are designed to take the same 20 watt Edison (E27) screw in lamp/s with an integral electronic ballast so there should never be a need to replace a ballast inside the electrical compartment ever again. Finally there are just 2 different sizes of universal glue boards in common sizes fitting many existing sticky board traps.
